Exploring Animation Principles in Maya: Exaggeration



Video 2

Extended the arm more with the graph editor

Using animation layers, translated the legs up to make the action stronger

Video 3
adjusted the timing to make the punch stronger

Adjusted the translate x and y in the graph editor

Video 4

Adjusted the translate Y in the graph editor to smooth out the curve to add flexibility to the spine

Video 5

Adjusted the translate X of the shoulder to exaggerate the running motion



In the graph editor expanded the translate Z for the tail vertebrae to make the tail motion more fluid


Adjusted how far the leg went back

Rotated the chest down a little and the head up a little
